Ok, so we got to admit it, the crowd of 200-300 people that come to our Hempstead Food Share is awesome, but it's created a lot of problems. Mainly crowd control.

Here's the thing.

Because of the crowds size and the limitation of space/tables everyone is packed really densely. This leads to a series of problems, which follow.

1. Because of the density it's hard for people to leave once they have there food, this creates slows down us getting food to new people.
2. Being in a crowded space makes people annoyed, they're more likely to get there food and go.
3. 1 bully in a crowd of a hundred can lead to conflict.
4. Pushing just happens in crowds, how can we reduce this?
5. Crowds lead people to get confused about what's going on.

Any ideas how we could make this better?
